At Unity Systems, we are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Analyst/Developer to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Cloud Data Analyst/Developer will design and develop cloud-based data management systems, translating business requirements into effective solutions. This role involves generating data from various sources, documenting processes, and providing query writing support to analysts and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Cloud-Based Data Solutions: Develop cloud-based data solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
- Translate Business Needs into User-Friendly Solutions: Translate business requirements into effective data management solutions that are easy to use and understand.
- Document Code and Processes: Document code and processes for stakeholders, including business and reporting teams.
- Generate Tables, Reports, and Datasets: Generate tables, reports, and datasets as requested by stakeholders.
- Communicate Project Status and Requirements: Communicate project status and requirements effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of data solutions that meet business expectations.
- Continuously Develop Skills: Continuously develop skills in SAS, SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Support Data Analysis and Reporting: Support data analysis and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in cloud data warehousing, data analysis, and BI reporting.
- Proficient in SQL and/or SAS: Proficient in SQL (Oracle and Snowflake) and/or SAS.
- Experience in Developing AWS Cloud-Based Data Solutions: Experience in developing AWS cloud-based data solutions.
- Familiarity with End-to-End Data Pipelines and Healthcare Data Privacy: Familiarity with end-to-end data pipelines and healthcare data privacy (HIPAA).
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Large-Scale Enterprise Data Platforms: Experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- AWS Certification: AWS Certification.
- Snowflake and/or SAS Certification: Snowflake and/or SAS certification.
- Experience with Cognos and/or Tableau: Experience with Cognos and/or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Medicaid Federal Reporting Processes: Familiarity with Medicaid Federal Reporting processes is a plus.
