Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Working Hours: Flexible schedule from 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday. 8-hour workdays with a 1-hour lunch break. Please note that remote work is not available.

We are in search of a skilled professional in HVAC/Mechanical Design and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to manage HVAC/Mechanical design projects from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems applicable to commercial structures.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Possess the ability to work independently while overseeing project management tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical design for diverse commercial buildings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Revit MEP is advantageous.
  • A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is beneficial but not mandatory.
