Position Overview

  • Execute project designs utilizing CAD drafting techniques
  • Guide drafters in the creation of design documentation
  • Develop project timelines for railroad bridge initiatives
  • Conduct research, compile technical documentation, and perform site visits
  • Collaborate closely with clients on Class I Railroad assignments

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Engineer Intern (EI) certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Railroad Structures
  • Familiarity with railroad projects and client interactions
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in modeling, calculation, and drafting software
  • Experience in survey and structural design is advantageous
  • Ability to coordinate with various railroad engineering disciplines
  • Preferred proficiency in Microstation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu
