Network Engineering Manager

Cam-Tel Company is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineering Manager to lead our team of network engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining our telecommunications network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architecture to meet business needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the company.
- Supervise and mentor network engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of network services with other business functions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in telecommunications technology and ensure that our network infrastructure is aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in network engineering and management.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex network architectures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
