Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized service plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Provide hands-on care, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration, and other relevant information.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working with elderly individuals or in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
