Medical Support Associate

Ace Care Management is an Upper Case Management Company licensed by the Department of Community Health to provide oversight of individuals receiving healthcare services through the SOURCE/EDWP waiver program.

In this role, you will provide professional back-end support and customer service to members, providers, and stakeholders in line with performance standards.
