About the Role

Skanska is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EHS Administrator to support the administrative needs of our EHS Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our EHS functions, and contributing to a culture of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the EHS Department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal/insurance/safety office environment.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Word and MS Excel experience required.
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal required.
