About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate House Supervisor to join our team at Lifepoint Behavioral Health in El Dorado Springs. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients suffering from substance abuse or psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the administration staff in overseeing and assisting all staff in all functions to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of staff in all CCD and nursing areas, and assist department managers with scheduling, education, and discipline as needed.
  • Participate in direct patient care, education, and training, and contribute to departmental and hospital meetings as assigned.
  • Review documentation and work with staff to ensure that documentation is timely, accurate, and complete.
  • May serve as a working RN and personally execute nursing care duties to ensure quality patient care and proper execution and documentation of the treatment plan.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
  • Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing, valid driver's license preferred.
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
