We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional patient experiences through the selection of eyewear, accurate measurements, ordering, and fitting of eyewear to fulfill all of their needs.

• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing a voice for peers and supporting the establishment of the practice as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community.
• Take and record measurements, adjust or fit eyewear correctly, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and patient requirements.
• Explore patient needs and priorities by asking open-ended questions and assist peers with difficult or complex areas of product needs and prescriptions.
• Anticipate problems, explore underlying reasons, and strive to develop long-term solutions to problems, ensuring patients are satisfied and expectations are exceeded.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and team building.
• Basic math skills and sales skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
