Role Overview:
The Senior Analyst of Operational Insights plays a crucial role in enhancing Fiber Operations through continuous improvement initiatives. This position leverages diverse data sources and analytical techniques to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fiber Operations by utilizing a wide array of data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze complex business challenges, extracting data from various sources to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring metrics are defined and dashboards are created to support operational goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience while reducing operational costs, leading cross-functional projects to implement improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant analytical experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $75,200 - $135,700, with a corporate bonus target of 15%. T-Mobile offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, employee stock options, and generous paid time off.
