Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

RTG Medical-Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Glens Falls, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on the scanning process
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • 1-2 years of experience in CT scanning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
