Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate care in an organized and adaptable manner, adhering to nursing practice standards and supporting facility policies and values.
  • Supervise nursing assistants.
  • Complete resident admissions and readmissions.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
  • Monitor and countersign nursing assistant documentation records.
  • Exemplify positive customer service behavior.

Medical Specialty: Geriatrics
