Phone Attendant Responsibilities

As a phone attendant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering as many phone calls as possible
  • Staying within earshot of the phone at all times
  • Prioritizing phone calls and politely placing guests on hold if needed
  • Being courteous and using proper phone etiquette
  • Taking orders quickly and accurately
  • Providing accurate promise times for Pick Up and Delivery orders
  • Answering common guest questions
  • Taking messages for management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current food handler's card/certificate
  • Proof of employment eligibility
