About the Role: As a medical care specialist in the U.S. Army, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to soldiers and their families.

Job Description: You will be responsible for performing preventive, therapeutic, and emergency nursing care under the supervision of a physician, registered nurse, or non-commissioned officer. This includes administering medications, monitoring patients' vital signs, and maintaining accurate records.

Testing & Certifications: Opportunities for 30 nationally recognized certifications are available, along with 10 weeks of basic training and 52 weeks of advanced individual training, both paid.

Basic Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be between 17-35 years old.
  • You must be medically and physically capable, as well as in good moral standing.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card (I-551).
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Benefits: As an army medical care specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of $71,300 - $85,000 per year, bonuses, and incentives. Additionally, you will get excellent healthcare, retirement, and education benefits, including the GI Bill.
