Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a grocery or natural foods environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions

The Customer Experience Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts is required.
