Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records for multiple high net worth clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations, utilizing advanced accounting software.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to their financial accounts.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, statements, and analyses on a regular basis, providing clients with valuable insights into their financial performance and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and compliance with all tax-related requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency within the organization.
  • Work closely with other team members, including financial advisors, investment managers, and estate planners, to provide integrated financial solutions and support holistic wealth management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
