Job Summary:
We are in search of a diligent and self-motivated Systems Engineer to assist us in advancing next-generation clinical software systems.

Role Responsibilities:


Configure the REDCap System to guarantee robustness, security, and adherence to 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, including system compliance validation.


Conduct application configuration, monitor, maintain, and evaluate application performance to ensure reliable operation for all users, while troubleshooting system failures or issues related to computer hardware and software.


Upgrade the REDCap application and coordinate server patching to enhance functionality, installation, and testing of new or modified hardware/software, as well as addressing and resolving user-reported issues.

Implement and adhere to best practices in software development, code versioning, software testing, and deployment.

Participate in code reviews, build/release management, and other research and development discussions.

Essential Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in Linux/Windows system administration

Strong understanding of Apache server management and Red Hat Linux Enterprise

Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB database server platforms

Familiarity with Active Directory/LDAP

Experience with HIPAA Data Privacy policies/regulations is preferred.

Exposure to full stack development utilizing a combination of these technologies: PHP/Python, Flask/Spring/Django, MySQL/MongoDB.

Compensation Range:
$98,500 - $157,600
