The Idaho Youth Ranch is a longstanding non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the youth of Idaho. Our mission is to:
Unite for Idaho's youth by offering accessible programs and services that foster hope, healing, and resilience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Demonstrated strong customer service abilities to create a positive experience for our patrons.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of the Idaho Youth Ranch.
- Manage cash registers and handle credit/check transactions.
- Sort, clean, price, and organize donated items for sale.
- Utilize pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other equipment for moving and loading merchandise.
As a recognized 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, which may offer student loan forgiveness under specific conditions. For more details, please consult your loan provider.
