Job Overview

University City Housing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Porter/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our properties located near Bryn Mawr, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean all common areas daily, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as required.
  • Conduct bi-monthly inventory of supplies.
  • Assist in snow removal and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and machinery.
