Job Overview

As an Industrial Boiler Technician at Thermal Tech Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and diagnostics on client boiler systems through both routine maintenance and urgent repairs. Your role will also include mentoring fellow technicians to enhance their skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients on-site to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians within the Service Department to execute projects while also providing guidance to junior mechanics.
  • Document daily activities and provide detailed reports.
  • Actively participate in the Growth Program to advance your career.
  • Provide on-call support to customers, which may involve working weekends and after hours.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, pipefitting, or millwrighting, along with a high school diploma.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Experience in boiler service and repair, along with a 6G welding certification, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of rigging practices, boiler refractory replacement, pipe/control valve sizing, welding code procedures, pipe threading, and tool operation.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
