Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new food products in the soup, meals, snacks, and beverage categories.
Innovate around new enterprise growth initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree.
8 years of experience in food product development.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Experience in the soup, meals, snacks, and beverage categories.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $85,900-$140,800. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
