Position Overview

Global Dimensions, a HUBZone and service-disabled veteran-owned enterprise, is actively expanding its operations in the fields of language, culture, training, IT, cybersecurity, and intelligence. We are currently in search of Somali Operational Language Analysts (Level 3) to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in advanced language processing and analysis tasks.
  • Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of crypto language processing to support intelligence operations.
  • Conducting quality control and mentoring of junior analysts.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of full-time experience in relevant fields, or 14 years without a degree.
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of 4 additional years of professional experience.
  • ILR Skill Level 3 proficiency in Audio or Graphic.
  • Extensive experience (10 years) in crypto language processing or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of the above experience must include quality control and mentoring.
  • 6 years of experience must be in the target language, with 3 years focused on translation, transcription, and gisting.
  • 1 year of quality control experience at ILR Level 3 in the target language.
  • No more than 3 years of reporting as the primary duty.
  • 1 year of experience in the target language must be within the last 6 years.
