Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead our mechanical engineering projects, including defining requirements, developing concepts and detailed designs, qualifying the product through analysis and test, and supporting the design transfer to manufacturing.

About Control Devices LLC

Control Devices LLC is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality flow control valves, condensate removal traps, and related components serving the compressed air, pressure washer, vehicle systems, fire protection, specialty gas, industrial, agricultural, and food service float valve markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet defined product performance and cost targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to conceive, design, and commercialize new products.
  • Interface with sales, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing to provide strategic direction for product growth and development.
  • Support initiatives for improved quality and cost savings projects for existing products.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading mechanical engineering projects.
  • Experience with metal manufacturing processes, including machining and assembly.
  • Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and LabVIEW.
Benefits and Compensation

Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
