Math Education Center Manager

Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Center Director, you will support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans. You will also assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress. You will lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, and mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff. You will also teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices, and become proficient with digital educational materials and processes. You will support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for math and working with students, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and be trained. You should be able to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities, have exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, and proficiency in computer skills. All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Compensation: $15.00 per hour
