We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at East Tennessee Children's Hospital Food & Nutrition in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, brewing coffee, and making specialty drinks to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take drink orders and ring customers while providing outstanding customer service
  • Brew coffee and make specialty drinks to exacting standards
  • Clean and stock work and condiment areas
  • Manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements:

  • High School/GED required
  • Related experience preferred
  • Food Safety Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Math and cash-handling skills, attention to detail, and stellar customer service skills required

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium lifting, pushing, and pulling required for 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
