Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to provide guidance on compliance and security assessments.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with HITRUST and SOC 2 standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) policies and procedures.
  • Participate in vendor risk assessments and due diligence processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using GRC tools.
  • Understanding of HITRUST and SOC 2 audit processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP) are a plus.
