Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Mentor for Outreach, Recruitment and Entry Services. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting enrolled TCC students and contributing to the college's mission of delivering high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support currently enrolled TCC students in their academic endeavors;
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement outreach strategies;
  • Recruit prospective students and provide them with information about TCC programs and services;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to student progress and recruitment efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
