Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Industrialization team to develop and sustain process workflows for additive manufacturing, post-processing, and assembly tasks.
  • Oversee daily operations with a team of machine technicians, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity levels.
  • Engage with the engineering and facilities teams to implement design modifications and spearhead innovations in parameter and process management.
  • Supervise routine maintenance of manufacturing machinery and establish as well as monitor production and materials plans for the facility.
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing shipping and receiving operations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally within additive manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with DMLM and LBPF technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, time management, and team motivation abilities.
