About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our dining operations team at BrownHealth Bradley Hospital in Riverside, RI. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving business results, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance overall guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage labor costs, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics to achieve operational excellence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to build trust and foster collaborative partnerships
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a food service management or supervisory position
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving business growth, and achieving operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new technology quickly
