Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team at Bill Cole Automall of Bluefield. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged body parts and vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and refinish damaged body parts and vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and spray painting equipment.
  • Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and other necessary repairs.
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Adhere to factory and dealership procedures when performing warranty work.
  • Document all work performed as soon as the job is completed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of factory and dealership specifications and procedures.
  • Ability to work safely and productively in a Body Shop environment.
