Staff Registered Nurse RN Cardiac PCU Progressive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in Temple, Texas.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to work in our Cardiac PCU Progressive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions, including myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass, and congestive heart failure.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
