Veterinarian - Full Service Veterinary Care Specialist

About the Role
As a Hospital Veterinarian, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our team of medical professionals. You will work closely with our experienced veterinary team to provide top-notch care, from routine check-ups to complex surgeries and emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care through physical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to develop treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed and confident in their pet's care
- Participate in rounds, disseminate knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Active licensure as a veterinarian without contingencies in the state where the hospital is located
- Current DEA license and Controlled Substance License (if applicable)
- USDA Category I Accreditation or completion within two months of hire date
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $103,600 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
