Nurse Manager

{"h3": "Key Responsibilities"}- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic, measurable patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- A competitive hourly rate of $40-$43 per hour.
