About the RoleWe are seeking highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team as Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). As a RN or LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective plans of care.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care
- Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification is required
