About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Canyon GBS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client relationships and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  2. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives.
  4. Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and work with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  5. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions and their applications in various sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 per year
