Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and initiate water mitigation in accordance with industry standards.
  • Perform water extraction and steam cleaning services.
  • Conduct demolition as necessary.
  • Set up professional drying equipment effectively.
  • Monitor drying conditions in both the atmosphere and building materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
  • Communicate daily with clients, public adjusters, insurance adjusters, and management.
  • Execute emergency board-ups as required.
  • Conduct mold remediation when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Proficient with technology, including smartphones and cameras.
  • Physical capability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior industry experience is necessary; training will be provided to qualified candidates.
