  • Receive patient care reports and assignments from the RN Team Leader.
  • Ensure timely completion of patient visits and necessary documentation.

  • Maintain open communication regarding lab results, on-call visits, and patient transfers to emergency or inpatient facilities.
  • Oversee the timely ordering of necessary patient supplies in appropriate quantities.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Uphold confidentiality concerning patient care, business practices, and personnel information.
