The Sicilian Butcher Texas is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team

About the Job

We are a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore. Our modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
  • Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked, and report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
  • Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas.
  • Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
  • Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
  • Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
