Job Description

The Sicilian Butcher Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our chefs and servers.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils using a dishwasher or by hand.
  • Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked, and report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
  • Monitor the dishwasher water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas.
  • Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
  • Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • No previous experience is needed; we offer on-the-job training.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.

A Day in The Life:

As a Dishwasher at The Sicilian Butcher Fort Worth, every day will be different. You may be tasked with cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dishwasher, or assisting with food preparation. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, and we rely on our Dishwashers to help us achieve this goal.
