We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our front office team, maintaining accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the front office team, including training and information sharing
* Maintain accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration
* Ensure compliance with company standards for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures
* Provide a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures

**Requirements**
