Responsibilities

As a Hospitalist/Nocturnist, you will provide comprehensive care to patients from admission to discharge, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for managing patient care, conducting rounds, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Details

Our Hospitalist/Nocturnist team operates on a 7-day on, 7-day off schedule, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements. You will work 12-hour shifts, with onsite expectations during your shift. Our regional team provides 24/7 coverage, ensuring that patients receive continuous care. You will also have the opportunity to support day shifts as they become available.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must be a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine physician, with a valid Minnesota medical license. Family Practice Board Certified/Eligible physicians will also be considered, given sufficient inpatient experience.
