Job Description

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to fill a travel position in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging services, including quality control and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move patients, as well as operate imaging equipment, with minimal physical assistance.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
