Job Overview

As a vital member of NCW's Field Support team, you will represent the NCW brand to our field personnel. This role offers the chance to travel to various job locations nationwide and serve as a crucial link between field employees and our client's on-site representatives. You will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships with our clients while upholding our commitment to jobsite safety.


YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Traveling nationwide to job sites to resolve issues or assist employees in starting their tasks.
  • Engaging with foremen and field personnel on-site.
  • Conducting follow-up calls with field employees to ensure they have the necessary resources for their assignments.
  • Making independent judgment calls and problem-solving, either solo or in collaboration with the Field Support Manager.
  • Actively participating in the NCW Safety Committee.
  • Promoting a culture of safety among NCW employees.
  • Working with the Safety Manager to organize and recruit for safety training sessions.
  • Managing the employee disciplinary process related to safety infractions.
  • Building connections with competitors' recruits on job sites to expand our network of field talent.
  • Collecting contractor information for reporting to Business Development.
  • Establishing relationships with key influencers in the workforce to promote NCW services and connect them with Business Development/Regional Sales Managers.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Ability to make informed judgment calls when required.
  • Independence and initiative in your work.
  • Prior experience in specialized or technical roles that necessitate specific training or knowledge.
  • A desire to obtain OSHA 500 certification if not already achieved.
  • A genuine interest in understanding field operations and administrative processes related to our field employees.
