Key Responsibilities- Provide Palliative Care Services: Perform bedside patient/family evaluations, assist with diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Consult with palliative care physicians, inform primary physicians of services provided, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Prescribe Medications: Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, to the extent delegated and licensed.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documents to support sound medical practice and reimbursement for services provided.
- Licensure: Current license as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position.
- Controlled Substance License: Valid Controlled Substance license.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
