About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Designer to join our team at Diamond Ridge Construction. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for assisting engineers in field evaluations of industrial structures and developing 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit drawings of engineered sketches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field evaluations and measurements of existing structures to develop repair drawings.
  • Design and develop detailed structural drawings of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures.
  • Lead the development of design portions of evaluation reports.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of drawings produced by others.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business applications for emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: A 2-year technical degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Exposure to Bluebeam and Advanced Steel is preferred.
  • Management: No management experience is required.
  • Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
