We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings. As a leader in our facilities maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. You will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean and well-maintained, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they understand and adhere to cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and management, to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities maintenance role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
