About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHR Training Specialist to join our team at Santa Rosa Community Health. As an EHR Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff and providers by providing navigational assistance with our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff and providers on EHR workflows and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the EHR Team to identify and troubleshoot workflow issues and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with EHR updates, upgrades, and new features, and participate in ongoing training for system advancements and new healthcare technologies.
  • Work closely with IT, quality, clinical, and operations teams to enhance EHR functionality and patient engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with EHR systems required.
  • Associate degree in a medical-related field, computer science, or information systems preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
