ResponsibilitiesMarket Research

We're looking for someone to conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities for our locations. You'll compile and present research findings to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Content Support

As a Marketing and Development Associate, you'll assist in creating and distributing marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, flyers, and email campaigns. You'll also conduct research to support content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Event Organization and Management

We're seeking someone to plan, coordinate, and execute company and employee events, prospect webinars, and presentations. You'll manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluation.

Survey Design and Management

You'll collaborate with human resources, marketing, residents, and communities to design and execute surveys to gather valuable stakeholder insights. You'll analyze survey data to uncover trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

General Administrative Support

As a Marketing and Development Associate, you'll provide general administrative support for Mission Development and Marketing, including reception work at our locations when needed. You'll assist with booking appointments via phone and walk-ins.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a minimum of one year's experience in merchandising, retail, hospitality, or salon experience. You should have experience in marketing with a focus on surveys, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in survey design and analysis tools is a must.

Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. You should be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Proficiency in Apple products and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation is also desired.
