Job Summary

As a Dish Machine Operator at Shari's Cafe and Pies, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom. This includes loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, as well as washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware. You will also be responsible for keeping the dishroom clean and reporting any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine
  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Keep the dishroom clean and organized
  • Assist other employees in cleaning and organizing the dishroom
  • Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and move heavy equipment. You will also need to be able to follow instructions and work independently.
