Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at Jefferson Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania or multi-state licensure through the eNLC
  • Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
  • CPR certification
  • Preferred: Certification in area of specialty
